the outlook project began with a belief: architecture should bring people closer; to nature and to each other.
a small collection of structures woven carefully into the landscape, allowing families and friends to gather while still preserving moments of solitude, privacy, and reflection.

The property offers 3 separate structures. Lower Home (~2900ft²) features a primary suite, 2 guest rooms and an additional suite across the breezeway — accommodating up to 8 guests. Upper Home (~2900ft²) is the mirror image of Lower, and accommodates up to 8 guests as well. The Treehouse (~1300ft²) is nearby Upper Home and features a primary suite and a smaller bedroom ideal for children. The Treehouse has its own kitchen and living space and accommodates up to 4 guests.

mountain and lake terrain that works year-round: ski and snowmobile in winter, boat and swim payette lake in summer, hike and mountain bike the surrounding national forest in spring and fall. golf, whitewater kayaking, and fishing in the warmer months. when the snow hits, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, and cat skiing add depth beyond the main ski hills.
