our passion for nature couldn’t have ended just by sharing our spaces with others. for every booking we make 10 trees are planted. we only believe in businesses that give more than what they take. each of our spaces helps plant more than 1500 trees per year. more than a house will ever take. we are continuously exploring regenerative economic models.
Open is a mindfulness studio. enter a place to come to your senses — meditation, music, breathwork, and movement awaken body and mind to bring you to the present moment.

coffee x fellow
coffee consistency is a problem when traveling; we partnered up with fellow products to offer a premium pour-over coffee experience. high-end grinder + all the accessories to make the perfect cup. we also partnered with dispatch coffee & Yamabiko Coffee roasters to offer the best beans we could find. Both built their supply chain from the ground up, on a long-term mission to build the most transparent and harm-free cup of coffee.

we went for the best linen we could find. magic linen specializes in handmade and stoned washed linen for maximum softness and comfort. manufacturing of textiles can be a complicated process, involving various treatments and chemicals which can be harmful to you and the planet. magic linen ensures that there is no harm to either. all of their products are absolutely absent from harmful substances and chemicals.

the unscented company was launched with two founding principles. redefining the notion of clean by offering exclusively unscented all-natural products, and designing packaging for conscious living by giving their customers the ability to refill their bottles either at home or in-store. a significant reduction of our collective plastic footprint.
