what is your cancellation policy
full refund if booking is cancelled at least 30 days before check-in date. Cancelations between 14-30 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations that are done 14 days before the check-in date. A CAD $50 processing service fee applies to all cancellations.
