Melisande has over a decade of combined experience working with various yoga studios. Her experiences range from the urban to the rural, extending to mountainous regions in Banff, the city of Halifax, Nova Scotia and as far as India. Melisande’s enthusiasm for yoga came from her mother who raised her as a pescitarian and inspired her to maintain a yoga practice throughout her teens
A few years ago, at 24, she became owner of a yoga studio in Tremblant. With the pandemic Melisande decided to shift her priorities, making her offering more personalized and human-centered. Melisande offers in-person group classes of 15-20 people as well as private classes and online classes. Her aim is to encompass more than just yoga, but a greater holistic approach that goes along with the lifestyle. This includes massages, hikes, and good food, to name a few.
Living as a local in Tremblant since 2016, Melisande derives joy in her daily life in the mountainous region of Quebec, and wants to share her lifestyle with others. “I want everyone to enjoy the life I have in Tremblant: to be in nature, to go hiking, to do yoga, to have a massage, to swim in the lakes and rivers.”
