As a family run business Le Charlotte Café’s recipe for success is simple: good food, good products. But their secret sauce is infused with a whole lot of love. In her past life, Lyne, the owner and mother of two, worked as an accountant for restaurants and also ran her own bed and breakfast. Lyne then created Le Charlotte with her daughters in mind.
They’ve now been in business for the last 18 years, since 2004. The entire business was inspired by the two girls, who have helped it flourish into what it is today: they are always busy and have become quite the destination in town. They spoke to us with confidence and conviction; they’re small and they like it that way. “It’s not just a restaurant for us, it’s our home.”
